減肥週記 (Week1)

經過一週從拾封塵三俠後,又黎到緊張時刻。先總結一下小弟做過o的乜:
1) 對上星期一到星期四有玩WiiFit。
2) 原本唔想節食,不過真係想有o的”效果”,我係食少左野。

而結果係:瘦左1.3KG。黎緊下一個星期目標係一個星期玩五次,盡量減少吸收碳水化合物,即少飯,同埋盡量少油,多飲水,盡量食多餐早餐。God Bless Me!!
